Work with Roberta

Life & Retirement Coaching

Life as you knew it has changed. Now what?

You’re in the middle of a transition, and the old roadmap doesn’t quite fit anymore.

Whether it’s retirement, an empty nest, divorce, job loss, or another major shift, big life events can leave us feeling unmoored. The roles that once gave you identity, structure, and purpose may no longer apply. That can be disorienting.

But it can also be a turning point.

I help clients rediscover who they’re becoming and create a meaningful next chapter that feels true to who they are now.

What You Can Expect

Coaching isn’t about pushing through. It’s about pausing, realigning, and choosing your next steps with intention.

In our work together, we’ll explore what matters most to you now, what’s possible, and how you want to feel as you move forward.

We'll create space for reflection, growth, and discovering what brings you meaning and joy.

Working together includes:

  • One 75-minute deep dive to explore where you are, what’s working, and what you’d like to shift

  • Ten 50-minute sessions over three months to move toward your goals with clarity and grounded confidence

  • Worksheets and journal prompts to help you connect with your own wants and needs

  • Email support between sessions for questions or check-ins

  • A curated resource library of blog posts and articles to support your journey

The investment is $2,000, with a payment plan available.

“Roberta has a special talent for creating a safe space for coaching and asking incredibly powerful questions that helped me move forward. I always feel gently held and like I’m making tremendous progress when she’s coaching me. She helped me go from months-long stymied inaction to a solid game plan that I couldn’t wait to move forward on.” -Olivia B., Maryland
